OCTOBER MOUNTAIN STATE FOREST is a RV Park in or near the town of Lee. It is a almost small park with a possible 49 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at OCTOBER MOUNTAIN STATE FOREST would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Lee.
