Long Description

CRAIGS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Cherokee. It is a fairly small park with a listed 30 pads to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. This is the one park you might want to leave behind ole Yeller since it is not really a pro-animal park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Cherokee make sure you stop on by the CRAIGS CAMPGROUND.
