Long Description

COPPER FALLS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Mellen. It is a small park with a possible 52 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Mellen, give the peeps at COPPER FALLS STATE PARK a call.
