  1. Verna Sather says

    Cherokee Village Rental
Rented a 2 bedroom double wide, our contract read will be furnished. When we arrived there was no bed in the 2nd bedroom, no shower curtain in the 2nd bath, one set of towels for each bath, no toaster, no cord for the TV to plug in, no vacuum cleaner, 3 lamps no shades, no pillows and furnished with Goodwill Furniture. I called the landlord he said I prefer not to talk to you my contract is not with you but said he would. My signature was on the contract. He said there was only the 2 of us and anything else we would have to buy. He agreed to furnish lamp shades and pillows. After talking to the Park Manager, A bed was delivered with linens, a shower curtain, lamp shades. If your are interested in renting ask to see the rental first and a listing of all inventory to be included on the contract. Lesson learned for us and wanted to pass along info to save the aggravation for someone else.
