WATONA PARK CAMPGROUND AND PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Madelia. It is a fairly small park with a reported 28 spots to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large Class A motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at WATONA PARK CAMPGROUND AND PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Madelia.
