TIMBER RIDGE CAMPGROUND (FORMERLY SWIFT HOLLOW) is a RV Park in or near the town of South Amherst. It is a medium park with a possible 90 sites to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. If you ever get near South Amherst make sure you stop on by the TIMBER RIDGE CAMPGROUND (FORMERLY SWIFT HOLLOW).
