SHIELDS LAKE CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Lonsdale. It is a super miniscule park with a claimed 1 spots to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. We are not sure that your Big Rig can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Lonsdale – instead stop and rest at SHIELDS LAKE CAMPGROUND.
