LAKE TIMBERLIN (WAS YOGI BEARS JELLYSTONE PARK AT MANSFIELD) is a RV Park in or near the town of Mansfield. It is a largish park with a reported 145 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very large camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Bring your swim suit this park has access to a pool. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at LAKE TIMBERLIN (WAS YOGI BEARS JELLYSTONE PARK AT MANSFIELD) would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Mansfield.
