KAMP ACROSS FROM THE DUNES CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Sawyer. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a reported 100 rv sites to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Rig. Electric hookups are provided. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Sawyer, give the peeps at KAMP ACROSS FROM THE DUNES CAMPGROUND a call.
