CHARLES MILL LAKE PARK AND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Mansfield. It is a large park with a possible 500 sites to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Bring your swim suit this park has access to a pool. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Mansfield make sure you stop on by the CHARLES MILL LAKE PARK AND CAMPGROUND.

At Charles Mill Campground is there a dump station?
Are pets welcome. One place says yes another place I checked said no. I’m confused. Please help

I’ve left a message with them, but they do have a pet policy so I think pets are welcome. I’ve asked that they verify.
Also, I think there must be a dump station nearby for RVs. I’ve also asked for verification.

Yes, we have dump stations at Charles Mill, it is on the way in or out of gate. At Pleasant Hill it is in Area E by the rest room, but at this time it is closed during the winter months.
For pets Charles Mill the Main Camp area is all pet friendly , Eagle Point has a restricted area and at Pleasant Hill all areas except Area E is pet friendly.
