CANNING CREEK (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Council Grove. It is a almost small park with a listed 43 pads to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at CANNING CREEK (COE) would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Council Grove.
