WHISPERING OAKS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Manchester. It is a small to medium park with a possible 70 slots to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Manchester – instead stop and rest at WHISPERING OAKS CAMPGROUND.
