WATKINS WOOLEN MILL STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Lawson. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 98 sites to park your coach. This park has no pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Rig since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Lawson, you might find a great place to stay at WATKINS WOOLEN MILL STATE PARK.
