WALKER LAKE TAMARACK is a RV Park in or near the town of Hawthorne. It is a super miniscule park with a listed 10 rv sites to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. I am confident that the kind folks at WALKER LAKE TAMARACK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Hawthorne.
