THE COLONIES TRAVEL PARK  is a RV Park in or near the town of Fort Monroe. It is a very small park with a listed 19 spots to park your home away from home. This park has no pull thru sites. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Bring your swim trunks this park has access to a pool. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. Do not just drive by Fort Monroe – instead stop and rest at THE COLONIES TRAVEL PARK.
