Set along the serene North Shore of the Hood Canal, the award-winning ‘SummerTide Resort & Marina’ provides a timeless year-around destination. Enjoyed by those who want a relaxing getaway as well as the outdoor/fishing and all-things-nautical enthusiasts; guests enjoy 6 fully-equipped renovated cottages, 21 fully-equipped RV sites, a General Resort and Community Store, a Boat Launch, 600′ of Dock providing 24 Moorage-Slips, and 240′ of SummerTide Waterfront/Beachfront. The Resort spreads across 1.52 acres. There is an additional 14 acres of ‘Rural Residential 10’ wooded land that slopes upward from the resort (w/dirt road) that has sweeping-view potentials.

What was once a fatigued resort and marina, SummerTide is now a vibrant and Award-Winning Resort & Marina: In the latest edition of “OfficialBestOf,” the SummerTide Resort & Marina was awarded the “Best Waterfront Escape” in Washington State. See the attached youtube video.

Additional Details/Offerings:

General Store:
Utilized by Guests and the Community, it includes: daily-essentials, food/snacks, beverages, beer, ice, sport/activity items, clothing, jewelry, a movie ‘checkout’ area and a coffee station.

Marina (including Moorage and Boat Launch):
The boat launch is open year around, accommodating high and low tides. The Docks are typically open May — October, providing 24 +/- Moorage Slips (size depending)

Cottages:
There are 6 fully-equipped and renovated cottages (5 guests, 1 Manager’s Cottage)
Admiral’s Cottage: 3 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 6+
Beach Hut Cottage: 2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 6
Brookside Cottage: 1 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4
Captain’s Cottage: 2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 6
Manager’s Cottage: 2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 6
Sunset Cottage: 2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 6

RV Sites (Daily/Monthly/Annually):
There are 21 RV Sites; 7 designated as ‘Annual’ rentals and 14 as ‘Daily’ rentals. The Annual Sites are complimented by either constructed overhangs/roofs and/or viewing decks. All Sites include Water, Power, Sewer, Cable and Wi-Fi.

Restrooms/Showers/Laundry:
While each cottage has bathrooms/showers, there is a small (separate) men’s and women’s restroom next to the marina and there are (separate) men’s and women’s restrooms with showers in the RV section. There is one Laundry room, with one washer and one dryer.

Activities/Rentals:
Items available to rent include: 3 Paddle Boats, 2 Livingston Row Boats w/oars and motor-mounts, 3 Trolling Motors, 4 Single Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Crab Pots, Shrimp Pots and Crab/Shrimp Cookers.

Boat/Trailer Parking:
There is Boat and Trailer parking available for daily, monthly and seasonal rental.
