STRAITS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of St Ignace. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 270 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Rig since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting St Ignace, you might find a great place to stay at STRAITS STATE PARK.
