STEAMBOAT ROCK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Electric City. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 126 pads to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your Motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. Do not just drive by Electric City – instead stop and rest at STEAMBOAT ROCK STATE PARK.
