SOUTHWOODS RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Byron. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a listed 232 pads to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Byron – instead stop and rest at SOUTHWOODS RV PARK.
