SHAWNEE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Schellsburg. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 300 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a very large camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip iced tea in style. I am confident that the kind folks at SHAWNEE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Schellsburg.
