ROCK CROSSING CAMPGROUND (COCONINO NAT. FOREST) is a RV Park in or near the town of Clints Well. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 36 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a 45 footer. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style.
