PICKWICK DAM STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Savannah. It is a mostly medium park with a possible 80 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. If you ever get near Savannah make sure you stop on by the PICKWICK DAM STATE PARK.
