PAUL B JOHNSON STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Hattiesburg. It is a largish park with a listed 155 slots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Hattiesburg make sure you stop on by the PAUL B JOHNSON STATE PARK.
