PARKER DAM STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Weedville. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 110 sites to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Weedville – instead stop and rest at PARKER DAM STATE PARK.
