Outdoor Resorts of Indio (ORI) is an individual equity owned and gated Luxury Motor Coach Resort, located on 40 beautifully landscaped acres, minutes from Fine Dining, Theaters, Shopping, Major Sporting Events, and Year Round Festivals. Owners are encouraged to design and build out their individual lots to highlight views of our surrounding San Jacinto Mountains, or our own 18 Hole Professionally Groomed Golf Course, punctuated with numerous lakes, waterfalls and exotic landscaping.

Our resort also includes Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Gym, Owners Lounge, Golf Leagues, an Outdoor Café, 4 Swimming Pools, 5 Jacuzzis/Spas, Sporting Events, Topless (Car) Club, Dinner Shows, Dancing, and Evening Events, all coordinated by our Full Time Activities Coordinator.

Outdoor Resorts consists of 419 individually owned “back in only” Class A Motor Coach sites, capable of housing Motor Coaches ranging from 28’ (minimum length) to 45’. Each site is equipped with standard features (water, sewer, 100 amp service 30/50, trash pickup, WIFI in clubhouse). Site locations are categorized as either Private Perimeter Wall, or Golf Course View and range from Basic (no improvements), to Fully Developed, which may include: Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area, Shade Structure, Water Features, as well as entertainment amenities (TV, Audio/Stereo).

Outdoor Resorts Diamond Activity Feature is our centrally located Club House with Catered Kitchen, Ballroom, Owners Lounge (Billiard Room, Card Room, Library, Movie Theater), surrounded by our Club House Pool/Spa/Sauna/Steam Room, Café, 2 Championship Tennis Courts, 6 New Pickleball Courts, Gym/Showers/Lockers, and Golf Course.
