NOTCHY CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Vonore. It is a small park with a reported 51 spots to park your RV. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large RV. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Vonore make sure you stop on by the NOTCHY CREEK CAMPGROUND.
