NORTHWEST RIVER PARK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Chesapeake. It is a super miniscule park with a possible 1 sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a 45 footer, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at NORTHWEST RIVER PARK CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Chesapeake.
