MY OLD KENTUCKY HOME STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Bardstown. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 39 spots to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a 45 footer. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Bardstown, give the peeps at MY OLD KENTUCKY HOME STATE PARK a call.
