MOUNTAIN VIEW RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Roan Mountain. It is a fairly small park with a listed 24 slots to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your large Class A motorhome should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you have a tent, you will need to keep it stowed at this RV park as tents are not allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
