MONTGOMERY BELL STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Burns. It is a almost small park with a reported 50 pads to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a very large camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Burns – instead stop and rest at MONTGOMERY BELL STATE PARK.
