MOGOLLON CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Payson. It is a fairly small park with a listed 26 slots to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a very large camper. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Payson – instead stop and rest at MOGOLLON CAMPGROUND.
