MILLPOND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Maitland. It is a almost small park with a claimed 50 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. Do not just drive by Maitland – instead stop and rest at MILLPOND CAMPGROUND.
