LOUISVILLE STATE RECRECTION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Louisville. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 273 spots to park your camper. This park has no pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Louisville – instead stop and rest at LOUISVILLE STATE RECRECTION AREA.
