LONGVIEW CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Mercersburg. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 93 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. This is the one park you might want to leave behind Barky since it is not really a pro-animal park. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
