LAKE MANAWA STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Council Bluffs. It is a mostly medium park with a claimed 73 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your Motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Council Bluffs make sure you stop on by the LAKE MANAWA STATE PARK.
