KINGS MOUNTAIN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Blacksburg. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 115 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Blacksburg, you might find a great place to stay at KINGS MOUNTAIN STATE PARK.
