KENTUCKY DAM STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Draffenville. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 221 rv sites to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. We are not sure that your large Class A motorhome can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. Do not just drive by Draffenville – instead stop and rest at KENTUCKY DAM STATE PARK.
