HOLMES BEND is a RV Park in or near the town of Columbia. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 125 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip lemonade in style. I am confident that the kind folks at HOLMES BEND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Columbia.
