HOLLIDAY LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Appomattox. It is a fairly small park with a reported 30 sites to park your coach. This park has no pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a very long camper. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Appomattox, give the peeps at HOLLIDAY LAKE STATE PARK a call.
