GREAT RIVER ROAD STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Rosedale. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 61 spots to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
