GEORGE P COSSAR STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Oakland. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 96 sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at GEORGE P COSSAR STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Oakland.
