GENERAL BURNSIDE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Burnside. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 100 rv sites to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Rusty since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style.
