GARNET ROCK RV PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Powell River. It is a fairly small park with a listed 23 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a very long camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive.
