FLYING POINT CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Freeport. It is a super miniscule park with a claimed 1 sites to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Indications are that this park is not particularly animal friendly. Note – tent camping is forbidden. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If you ever get near Freeport make sure you stop on by the FLYING POINT CAMPGROUND.
