DOUTHAT STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Clifton Forge. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 75 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. We are not sure that your Motorhome can fit comfortably so please call ahead. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without Wireless Internet and this park has it so that is a good thing. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at DOUTHAT STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Clifton Forge.
