DESOTO RESORT STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Fort Payne. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 94 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a Motorhome, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You will not have to miss the big game since Cable TV is part of this parks offering. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at DESOTO RESORT STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Fort Payne.
