CLEAR LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Clear Lake. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 176 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. I am confident that the kind folks at CLEAR LAKE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Clear Lake.
