CATHEDRAL GORGE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Panaca. It is a fairly small park with a claimed 22 spots to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a mansion on wheels. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. Do not just drive by Panaca – instead stop and rest at CATHEDRAL GORGE STATE PARK.
