CAMPTON FAMILY CAMPGROUND – WHITE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL FOREST is a RV Park in or near the town of Campton. It is a small park with a reported 58 spots to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a Big Daddy RV. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Wags since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at CAMPTON FAMILY CAMPGROUND – WHITE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL FOREST would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Campton.
