BUCKS POCKET STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Grove Oak. It is a almost small park with a reported 48 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. We are not sure that your Big Rig can fit comfortably so please call ahead. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at BUCKS POCKET STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Grove Oak.
